Terms & Conditions

1. All items are brand new.

2. Buy at your own risk.

3. All customers MUST fill in the order form to place reservation.

4. Items will be sold on a first pay first serve basis. Whoever who is able to pay first will have the priority to purchase the item. However, buyers could let us know if you need more time to bank in. Reservation will only be valid for 2 days.

5. Strictly no backouts after placing your order.

*backout buyers will not be entertained.

6. Payment will always override any verbal or oral agreement to purchase.

7. All prices stated are not negotiable.

8. Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to the items.

9. Items sold are non exchangable and non refundable.

10. We will double check all the items before posting them.

11. We are not responsible for any loss/ damages caused during the delivery of items.

12. All sizes stated are our best estimate in order to assist you in making decision. However, we will not be liable if the item does not fit you.

13. Please clarify all your inquiries before placing your order.

14. Prices stated are not inclusive of postage fee. Buyers are to bear the postage fee.

15. Havana Loco deserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time.

10. Method of payment = Bank transfer or cash deposit to either one of our accounts. *More accounts coming up soon*

14. Payment is to be received 3days after confirmation of order.

15. Kindly inform us via email once you have made payment.

*EXCHANGE/REFUND can be done when the item received is defective. However, it should be sent back to us within 4 days.

2. Wait for our confirmation email, we will try our best to reply within 24 hours.

3. Payment are to be made within 2days after confirmation email has been sent.

4. Kindly notify us after you have made the payment.

5. We will send out the items you ordered!
